The three ponds: Monju, Ryuju, Ryuchi, are created under Housho no ba, the philosophy of the Buddhism that every life should be respected. There are many carps and various forms of life in the ponds. Enjoy the walking path around the ponds with the view of the trees changes the colors and form by the season. The Ukimido at the Ryuchi is a good place to relax for the visitor. If you crap your hand there, the carps might gather around you. Also koto (13-stringed Japanese zither) and erhu (2-stringed Chinese instrument played with a bow) will be play for Koyo festival(Autumn festival).
