About the App
This application teaches you about the four Hokuso cities (Sakura, Narita, Katori, and Choshi in Chiba Prefecture), a Japan Heritage, and provides information about its tourist destinations.
The four cities are home to rich natural scenery and numerous cultural heritage sites.
It offers a “Model Course” feature that suggests theme-based tour routes and a “Navi” feature that guides you to your target destinations.
It includes an offline map that you can view without Internet access.
Explore the four cities of Hokuso and discover new things that appeal to you.
Model Course
Collect stamps and find a recommended tour route!

Using the “Model Course” feature, you can tour recommended tourist destinations while you collect location-specific stamps.

We’ve designed a variety of tour routes that will deepen your understanding of our history, art, community, and more.

Check how much time you have, how far you want to go, and what kinds of destinations you want to tour, and then select your preferred tour!

While you’re following the tour route, a sound and an icon will alert you to any tourist destinations that are nearby.

If you want to make a detour, it can show you what destinations are nearby. It will also show you recommended dining locations!

Record the locations you visit in your stamp book! See if you can collect them all!
Navi
Discover nearby tourist destinations!

Using the “Navi” feature, you can see all the tourist destinations that are near your current location.

You can narrow down your search by category or keyword.

In list mode, you can see spots in order of proximity. This feature is also useful for finding nearby dining locations.

In AR mode, tourist destinations in the direction your smartphone is pointing will be shown. This is great for people who have no sense of direction!

The app provides basic information and a description of each tourist destination. It can help you find must-see spots you didn’t even know about!

- Bookmarks: If you see something of interest, tap it!

If you tap “Bookmarks”, you can easily check the information you’ve saved to your bookmarks.
In list mode, you can switch between destinations, tour routes, and events.
You can also see the destinations saved in your bookmarks on the map.

- Commemorative photos: Create memories about your visit here.

Tap the “Frame” button to activate the camera.
Choose the frame you want and take a picture.
The date will be added to your photo, so you can leave a series of memories about your visit here!

- Pedometer: Set health goals!

The top-left corner of the screen can show you how many steps you’ve taken that day.
