Built in 1858, the old main hall still conveys features of its late Edo Period origins. Around the temple are sculptures such as Gohyakurakan (Five Hundred Disciples of the
Buddha) and Nijuyon-ko (24 filial exemplars).
Visitors come here to pray to ward off bad luck.
