Rakumanji (Ebisu)

The one of the Seven Gods of Fortune, Ebisu is here in Rakuman temple. He is a god for help, money and business. The temple is the part of Rinzai Buddism and the main statue is Nyoirin-Kanzeon bosatsu as known as for safe delivery and parenting, was made by Kasuga. This statue was known as the mother of Yoritomo and Sanetomo Minamoto (famous samurai in 12th century). In the property, you will find the Haiku made by Basho on the stone.
