Our koji(fermented rice) has been made with the same method since the shop was open in 1847.Koji, the main ingredients of Miso and Amazake(fermented drink), is made with the rice from our rice field also other locations. The flavorful koji is naturally fermented on the special tray. Our amazake and miso are made with our koji, have natural sweetness in the flavor. It is worth to try!As the koji, amazake and miso are all hand crafted and naturally fermented. These products will be available at the store in October.
