Enjoy eating delicious homemade soba while relaxing at our restaurant. Our shop's specialty, “Jyuwari soba” is the perfect balance of texture and flavor for buckwheat noodles. It tastes delicious when dipped in soy sauce, and flavored with fresh wasabi from Nagano Prefecture. We also ship soba noodles nationwide.
