Shimofusa Sports Park has 10 huge hectares of lush grounds, sports, culture, and entertainment all in one spot. The facilities include a stadium with lighting for night games, tennis courts (also with night lighting), an area for children to play, an animal petting area, a road for cycling, places for exercise, a camp site, the History and Folklore Museum and a multi-purpose hall. At the History and Folklore Museum, you can view exhibitions displaying historical materials from primitive times, and learn about the neighboring area history up until present day.
